Discover the power of intimacy to heal our attachment wounds.
It’s one thing for us to live alone, isolated… Even the Dalai Lama will respond if we hand him a screaming baby at all hours of the day or ask him to engage socially for periods of time. Relationships challenge us all to face our deepest fears and patterning. They offer the ultimate gift of endless growth, connection, security, and fulfillment.
Are you prioritizing comfort or growth?
Intimate partnership is the most challenging yet potentially most rewarding aspect of our human existence. Make the choice to take a leap of faith. Together we are stronger than we are alone. Together we can face ourselves and our habits in order to better our world.

How Therapy Works:
We are gregarious animals. The need to belong is powerful, fundamental, and pervasive. In therapy we work together to uncover the inner workings of your environmental and interpersonal dynamics, recognizing maladaptive behaviors and discrepancies between intent and impact on others. We deepen your understanding of your experience, needs, patterns, and desires, as well as theirs. We explore ways to foster deep meaningful connections and prepare for new fulfilling relationships, romantic or otherwise. You deserve relationships that help you feel empowered, nurtured, authentic, and free.
I integrate techniques from PACT Therapy, The Gottman Method, Attachment Theory, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Gestalt, and extensive Authentic Relating Practices supporting and facilitating couples to manage conflict and build fulfilling relationships that last. Great sex is often a side effect.
Families and Parenting
Psychodrama, Gestalt Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) help families heal and reconnect. Family therapy can have a dramatic effect to reprogram the maladaptive conditioned responses we all carry. Emotional coaching psychoeducation supports parents to reconnect with their children and each other through fostering emotional awareness and trusting our intelligence.
